How can we help you?

If you can’t find the answer you are looking for or need help with creating the process you need, our online help forums and help desk are available 24/7 to help you out.

Do I have to publish to the mobile ProcessPal App for my process to work?

Publishing to the ProcessPal app increases the ease of use for role players in your process. However you can choose to have notifications and alerts emailed to users instead.

Will my process data only be accessible within the ProcessPal system?

ProcessPal works on top of any current Excel spreadsheet you import into the system.  You can also create new lists within the system. Most importantly, at the end of building your process you can save your data to any local drive, Google Docs or DropBox.

How will I know if my process is working and that all role players have downloaded the app and are actively engaged?

Through the automation of alerts and notifications which you’ll set up in the design phase, you will have real-time access to progress reports. This will allow you to track who has done what, right from your mobile or desktop.

What happens if I build my process and it isn’t totally correct?

The ProcessPal Rules Processor is designed to ‘flight check’ your process before you publish it. It will flag areas that need fixing before you go live. However any process can be improved or edited once you have published.

What happens if I need to update my process after I have published it?

You can always revisit and adjust your process once it has been completed. You may wish to add another role player or email notification. Simply access your process on the dashboard, make the necessary changes and republish it. ProcessPal will automatically manage the document version control for you and alert any necessary participants of the changes if needed.
